Who We Are

Information We Collect
- Shop information provided by Shopify, including shop domain, store name, plan context and installation status.
- Catalog and content data needed to provide the app, such as products, collections, pages, blog content and related metadata.
- User and account information, including names, email addresses, roles, billing status and support activity.
- Usage, activity and diagnostic logs, including sync events, publishing events, errors and feature usage.
- Optional connected service data when a merchant connects a service such as Google Search Console.
How We Use Information
- To connect the Shopify store, sync catalog data and provide requested app features.
- To generate editable content, audit store content and display visibility or ranking reports.
- To manage plans, credits, billing status, support, security and troubleshooting.
- To improve app reliability, prevent abuse and understand product performance.
AI Processing
GrowShopHigh may send relevant store content and user prompts to configured AI providers to generate content or analysis. We only send information needed for the requested feature. Generated output should be reviewed by the merchant before publishing.
Sharing Information
We do not sell merchant data. We may share data with service providers that help operate the app, such as hosting, database, email, analytics, AI processing, billing and support providers. These providers are used only to support app functionality.
Data Retention
We keep information while an account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain security. Operational logs and webhook delivery evidence are normally pruned after 90 days. Billing or support records may be retained longer where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes.
Shopify Webhooks and Deletion Requests
Uninstalling immediately revokes the locally stored Shopify access credential and disconnects the store. When Shopify sends its required shop redaction webhook, GrowShopHigh deletes the store workspace, synced catalog, generated content and any orphaned merchant identity. GrowShopHigh does not request Shopify customer-data scopes or persist Shopify customer records; required customer privacy webhooks are accepted without retaining their payload. Merchants may request access, correction or deletion by emailing legal@growshophigh.com or visiting Data Requests.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards to protect data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to limit access and keep sensitive credentials protected.
International Transfers
Data may be processed in countries where our infrastructure or service providers operate. By using GrowShopHigh, merchants understand that data may be transferred and processed outside their location.
Children
GrowShopHigh is intended for business users and is not directed to children.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as the app changes. The updated date on this page will show the latest version.
